Because I was bored and felt like writing, I wrote this to Taco Bell, on behalf of Steven. Because of his bad experince with the restaurant, I decided to put my hard-earned college degree to use by making the world a better place, one restaurant at a time! As I predicted, I was not satisfied with this dining experience at Taco Bell. Perhaps the girl was training or did not understand what I wanted, though I thought I was quite clear. Not only was this experience an enormous inefficiency for my daily schedule, but it left me in disbelief that such a corporation like Taco Bell could have such inept employees taking orders. This really makes me question my loyalty to your restaurant, as I have always been a huge proponent for Taco Bell’s business practices and food quality. In discussions and debates with supporters of Del Taco, I have always stood up for Taco Bell with great pride. Now that I have come across such a disappointing experience, I don’t know if I can say I am a satisfied customer anymore. I hope you take these concerns seriously when dealing with your management team and training programs to prevent future disappointments in your clientele.
