I think I'm starting to get over my flu....just in time for finals week...and more importantly, winter break. Praise the Lord! I took my first final today, and it wasn't half as bad as I thought it was...considering I didn't study for it at all...actually it was really easy. So I'm really happy. One class done and over with...three more to go. After classes, Matt, Janice and I went to Viet Nam cuz I had mad craving for pho...but ironically I ordered something other than Pho. Then we headed off to Disneyland to celebrate the completion of my first final and arrived around 7pm...just in time to find out that Disneyland closes at 8pm. Anyhow, the fireworks and SnowShow was a good enough reward for me...but it wasn't short lived because afterwards, we headed off to Downtown Disney to play with legos and watch Haunted Mansion..
Watch the Haunted Mansion, guys! It has a better story than you'd expect....and some pretty good scary scenes. It would make you appreciate the ride a whole lot more too.
Thanks Matt, I had a blast! Serena just brought me some herbal supplements and warm water thats supposed to boost my immunity so I could get over this flu faster. She's such a sweet
thanks!
I know Thanksgiving is over, but I just wanted to make a list of all the things I'm thankful for and truly appreicate in my life...since I didn't get a chance to do it during Thanksgiving..so here it goes: 1. God's grace, blessings and forgiveness, 2. My grandmother's infinitely huge heart, 3. My sister, 4. My family, 5. All my friends at home, 6. The opportunity to be at Riverside, 7. All the friends I've made here, 8. Doors to walk through....or else we'd have to crawl through windows, 9. Everything I have, 10. Everything I don't have, 11. Chapstick
Did you know....that its illegal to sell unpasteurized milk? But if its your own cow, you can have the milk however you like? So in some parts of the country, there are some people who really wouldn't want to sacrifice fresh milk...so they all chip in and buy a cow...and sell shares of the cow...and each day the cow-share-holders are entitled to a certain ammount of milk. I dunno...When I read that, I just thought it was pretty crazy.
